No matter how we identify, if we are to become whole in ourselves, we must recognize the beauty and divinity in each other as man and woman—and what that means for us personally in our spiritual lives. In a world view geared towards the masculine, we sometimes lose the feminine, let alone recognize Her in ourselves. This workshop will delve into the She. We will use yoga and meditation to explore ourselves in relationship with our femininity and the beauty that comes from it.
